- The University is soliciting quotations for the renovation of former USPS offices and surrounding work areas to create a new office suite. The project includes constructing a new wall system to establish a dedicated records area within the main lobby, as well as reconfiguring existing office and conference spaces with new partitions, finishes, and mechanical upgrades. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements.
Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”. Performance and public works bonds required.
