The RDCK is requesting bids from qualified and experienced companies to supply labour, equipment and materials to undertake the following: If interested please provide a quote based on the following particulars: • Start Date: as soon as possible • Completion Date: as soon as possible RDCK/HighlandConsulting to provide the following: • MoTI permit (if required) (HCL) • IH Permit (HCL) • Notification to residents via Voyent Alert System (RDCK) • Water shut-off/on with notice from Contractor (RDCK) Contractor to provide the following: • Utility locates as required. • Notification to residents inconjunction with Voyent notification from the RDCK • Supply labour, equipment and materials to undertake the following: o Installation of new 50mm (2") HDPE water line between McGarvey St and Hedley St. o All connections to water mains as shown on drawings (Appendix C details A & B) o Installation ofsix (6) new service connections up to and including curb stops (connection down-stream of curb stop to dwelling is outside this scope of work). Exact location of service lines are TBD on-site with the Contractor, Resident and RDCK. o Asphalt patch/repair to MoTI standards at Hedley connection (ifrequired) o Coordinate with RDCK representative for water main shut-offs o Complete all disinfecting and testing of the lines in accordance with the applicable requirements (see Water Notes in drawings) o Complete backfill and tamping of disturbed soil to return the affected areas to originalcondi...
