- The Inuit Community Governments of Hopedale and Rigolet (the ICGs) are seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professionals (the Proponent) to complete feasibility studies for marine infrastructure upgrades in their respective communities. The feasibility studies shall include options analysis and recommendations, concept designs, cost estimates, and recommendations. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit bids for an individual or firm (the Consultant) to complete the scope of work as detailed in this RFP.
