Description:
All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Client Department is looking to put in place a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the procurement of Rifle Mounted Night Vision Devices. Due to the nature of this requirement, the national security exceptions provided for in the trade agreements have been invoked. This requirement will follow a limited tendering process, and only Offerors who are a part of the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance will be invited to submit an offer. The associated documents are not included in this NPP. If an Offeror from the Five Eyes intelligence alliance wishes to be included on the source list for this requirement, they must submit their request as soon as possible for review and consideration. Offerors are required to submit their request to the Contracting Authority listed below. Any Offeror who wishes to receive the solicitation package will be required to complete and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement. Any supporting documentation may be issued through the SAP Business Network, which is the electronic platform being used by the Government of Canada for procurements.
