  The City reserves the right to award any or all parts or groups individually. You may bid on any or all parts or groups as listed on the online Form of Tender
  The first term of the agreement will commence upon tender award and will end July 31st, 2026 (the “Initial Term”). The agreement may be renewed at the sole discretion of the City for up to three (3) additional one (1) year (each a “Renewal Term”) to July 31st, 2029.The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
