Description:
Flin Flon Airport requires renovations to two public washrooms in the terminal building. Each washroom is approximately 8'x13'. Renovations shall take place individually to allow use of one washroom during business hours. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:1) Demolition,removal and disposal of floor and baseboard tiles, toilets, urinal, countertops, stall dividers and doors etc.2) Drywall repair and painting of all wall surfaces3) Acquisition and installation of the following (commercial grade when available):a) 4 self closing faucetsb) 5 pressure assisted toilets(largest water volume possible)c) 5 stall dividers and latching doorsd) 12 48" single light diffuserse) 210 sqft total floor tile with grout and sealantf) 10 sqft total backsplash tile with grout and sealantg) 1 60"x32" mirror and bracketsh) Two 5'x2' countertopsi) 84 linear feet of impermeablebaseboard (tile, vinyl or rubber)4) Remove and reinstall/reuse:a) 2 electric hand dryersb) 4 soap dispensersc) 7 paper dispensersd) 4 stainless steel sinkse) 60"x32" mirrorAll existing plumbing to be reused when possible or replaced whennecessary.
