Project Description : RFSQ documents should be obtained from the Bonfire portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca.This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).The County is seeking two (2) qualified respondents to provide as and when needed heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services at various County locations. For Deliverables under $10,000, the top ranked respondent will be offered the Deliverables first and only where the Deliverables are not assigned to the top ranked respondent, will the next ranked respondent be offered the Deliverables. The Deliverables over $10,000 may be issued as a roster competition with quotes from both the top ranked and next ranked respondent.
