- The BCER is seeking a proponent to provide revegetation, and vegetation monitoring, drone seeding, and imagery services on Orphan sites. The objective of this Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Standing Offer agreement with the successful contractor(s) to provide services as needed in support of revegetation, and vegetation monitoring, including seed and amendment preparation, and drone seeding and imagery services on Orphan sites. The specific site service areas included in the Request for Standing Offer include the following (proponents may submit for one or both): Seed Procurement and Amendments Procure and store ecologically suitable seed from local and non-local suppliers and prepare customized seed mixes. Create customized microbial amendments, mix amendments and seed in optimal ratios, and create gel capsules to facilitate effective seeding. Provide seed mixes to the BCER-s approved consultants for drone or traditional seeding on Orphan sites. Provide reports summarising seed species, ratios, and amendments, and certificates of seed analysis. Project management, including the tracking and documentation of seed species and volumes, and providing support in determining ecologically suitable seed mixes appropriate for Crown land sites, and in Indigenous relations.
