Tender are invited for RFSO Stormwater Management Studies
Project Description : The City of Calgary requires engineering consulting services for stormwater studies to be completed in new communities and established areas. The studies are expected to consider multiple stormwater management objectives, which include, level of service assessment and improvement, flooding, water quality, asset criticality, impact to downstream waterbodies, future development and/or redevelopment scenarios, and climate change. Studies will likely include include triple bottom line (TBL) analysis and value engineering requirements. The format and content of the studies will build upon work previously completed including existing Master Drainage Plans, city-wide stormwater models and Community Drainage Improvement studies.The selected consulting firms will need to consider efficient, innovative solutions and to ensure flexibility in the skills are available to meet study or project requirements. The City is seeking up to three (3) qualified firms to be available as projects arise over a 3-year term. Projects will be awarded based on need and available budget.This RFSO is open to pre-qualified firms only.
