AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 17, 2025 at 2PMEST. All bids submitted after 2PMEST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) is inviting hotels in the National Capital Region to submit offers in response to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). Up to ten (10) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) will be issued (up to five (5) per streams). Call-ups will be issued by the Identified Users on an "as and when required" basis, starting March 1, 2025, and continuing until February 28, 2027. The agreement includes two (2) optional extension periods of one (1) year each, for a total potential duration of four (4) years. This procurement method will support the needs of Identified Users by providing access to meeting spaces, guest rooms, catering services, and logistical support.
