- This REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER(“RFSO”) is to invite experienced and qualified Proponents to submit their detailed proposals for CAFTERIA EQUIPMENT - SUPPLY & DELIVERY to satisfy the requirements of the HRCE for the services set out in this RFSO (“Proposal”). Proponents are requested to provide a Proposal that will meet HRCE-s requirements at the best possible overall value, as determined by HRCE in its sole discretion. Delivery of the identified product quantities must be delivered to the specified sites by August 01, 2025 unless otherwise specified. All equipment must be delivered directly to the designated cafeteria kitchen location within the facility. Vendors are responsible for coordinating delivery access and ensuring all equipment is placed at the final point of use, not simply to the building entrance or loading dock.
