This RFSO is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Road Construction (C70000000) OR Asphalt Road Works C7000100 2. The general scope of work includes milling and paving asphalt, concrete rehabilitation, subgrade repairs, and all traffic accommodation. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal legally binding process. I t will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Master Agreement term is two (2) years.
