The scope of the upgrades includes, but it not limited to the following: • Cofferdamming & dewatering • Safety boom supply & installation • Helical piling, including in-water anchor • Concrete demolition & repair • New concrete forming & placement • WSA supplied instrumentation installation and commissioning support • Earthworks, rip rap, and roadbuilding • Manhole & drainage piping supply and installation • Miscellaneous metals • Chain-link and barbwire fencing • Trenching & electrical • Signage
