- Western University (herein referred to as the Owner) is soliciting quotations for the supply & installation of student dorm room furnishings: bed frames, night stands, desks, storage towers, and other loose dorm room furnishings. The Owner expects to award the contract to the successful Proponent based on the requirements in this RFQ. The Owner is seeking to secure services to provide durable, ergonomic, flexible furnishings in a student residence. The products must provide universal access; be designed for optimal durability and ergonomics. The Owner's primary goals of this RFQ are to provide furniture that is durable, functional, moveable/flexible and of high quality to the Owner and the users/students. The scope of work and the expectations for the Proponent are detailed in this RFQ.
