Description:
This Request for Quote (the 'RFQ') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Light Duty Vehicle Upfits to the Department of Natural Resources and Renewable (NRR) and Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage (CCTH) as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. NRR and CCTH require a total of six (6) light duty vehicles to be upfitted by March 31, 2026. Bidders will have the option to bid on one or more of the following categories: Category A - Plow Trucks: Both NRR and CCTH each require a 2026 Dodge Ram 2500 Tradesman 4X4 Crew Cabs to be upfitted with Plow Equipment as further described in Appendix E-1 - Plow Truck Technical Specifications. Category B - District Trucks - NRR requires three (3) 2026 Ford F-150XL 4X4 Super Crew to be upfitted as a District Truck as further described in Appendix E-2 - District Truck Technical Specifications. Category C - Survey Truck - NRR requires a 2026 Ford F-150XL 4x4 Super Crew to be upfitted as a Survey Truck as further described in Appendix E -3 - Survey Truck Technical Specifications.
