Description : The City of Trail invites quotations for the Cambridge Creek Reservoir and Violin Lake Dam Decommissioning & Ecosystem Restoration project. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to select a qualified contractor/team to provide construction with heavy equipment for a dam decommissioning project which includes, stream, riparian, and floodplain restoration. The scope of work includes heavy equipment with skilled operators and materials to complete the project. A summary of equipment items and operators includes, 3 Excavators, Dozer, Wheel Loader, Articulating Dump trunk, Tandem Dump Truck and various attachments. Proponents are encouraged to attend an optional informational meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 9:00 am at junction of Hwy 3B and Wellington Avenue (Benedict-s Steakhouse & Tunnel Pub). Questions and clarifications regarding the Quotation must be submitted to the City of Trail no later than Monday, June 14, 2021.
