The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to qualify Business Planning Facilitators and Training organizations.
Interested Vendors are invited to submit a Response to this RFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to the British Columbia Utilities Commission's list of Qualified Supplier of Business Planning Facilitators and Training Firms. On a non-exclusive "as, if and when requested" basis, Qualified Suppliers may be sent Competition Notices providing the opportunity to compete to provide Services to the BCUC.
