Request for Quote Janitorial Services RFQ 51-2025 The Peace River Regional District invites the submission of a bid to supply Janitorial Services for Three (3) PRRD owned and operated facilities in Dawson Creek, BC Dawson Creek office - 1981 Alaska Avenue Warehouses - 52 Collins Road Emergency Operations Centre - 52 Collins Road A copy of the Request for Quote is available on the Bonfire website: https://prrd-bc.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/99139 All RFQ submissions must be uploaded electronically to https://prrd-bc.bonfirehub.ca/. Quotes for “RFQ 51-2025 Janitorial Services” must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Submission Deadline of November 25, 2025, 2:00 PM MST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before the Submission Deadline to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the RFQ documents, including any addenda issued during the RFQ period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the quote, before the quote is submitted.
