- The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970-s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard.The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Supply and installation of various structural steel elements such as beams, columns, metal decking, flat plates, HSS, bent plates, and channels. This work also includes the designing of connection details.Stage 1 base building includes Towers B3, B1, C1, C2, D and is currently ongoing. Stage 2 includes Towers A1, A2, B2, E.
