Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2025 Roofing Replacements - Various Facilities. The County is seeking up to three (3) qualified respondents to provide all the materials and labour necessary to replace roof areas at the following Places of the Work: • Moyer Recreation Centre located at 4, 54569 Range Rd 215, Josephburg, AB • Ardrossan Recreation Complex located at 80 First Ave, Ardrossan, AB, and • Sherwood Park Arena and Sports Centre located at 2015 Oak Street, Sherwood Park, AB The County is seeking one qualified respondent for each Place of the Work. For clarity, a respondent may be selected for more than one Place of the Work. Respondents are asked to identify in their submission response which Place of the Work they wish to respond to and be considered for (refer to the Workbook Instructions in the Pricing Form (Attachment 3) for additional instructions). Respondents are permitted to respond to one, two, or all three of the Places of the Work within the same submission. Evaluations for each Place of the Work will be conducted independently. Each selected respondent of this RFQ will be invited to enter into an Agreement (Attachment 1) for the Place of the Work for which they are selected.
