Tender are invited for RFQ 21-07 Fire System Maintenance Serivce
Fire Sprinkler & Sensor Inspections

Summary Details:
The primary purpose of this RFQ is to select one (1) qualified service provider with qualified technicians to perform routine annual and periodic maintenance on fire prevention appliances, devices and systems installed throughout the District of Central Saanich buildings and facilities. The Contractor will be responsible for completing the inspections outline in section 4. Scope of work.
The consultant will be required to maintain and update the master inventory list for all appliances, devices and systems in the District throughout the term of the contract. The service provider must make recommendation for any necessary changes, updates or repairs to existing systems and submit detailed service reports to the District. Fire alarm systems are required as part of this opportunity.
The Central Saanich Fire Department is the authority having jurisdiction for all other fire prevention for the District and ensures the District of Central Saanich is in accordance with Provincial Fire Codes and regulations. The contract term is a three (3) year contract term.
