Description:
The County of Frontenac (County) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for preventative maintenance and service on HVAC air handling units at 2069 Battersea Road.

The submission shall include as a minimum:

SERVICE CHECKLIST FOR THE HEATING SEASON:
Check control operation and electrical connectionsCheck shafts and bearings for wearCheck heat exchanger for corrosion, cracks, or holesCheck dampers and mechanical operationCheck fan operation and conditionClean heat exchanger coilsCheck belt wear and tensionKitchen unit AHU-05 check the combustion air blower and clean as necessary.
SERVICE FOR THE COOLING SEASON:
Check unit controls for proper operationCheck condensate piping for any blockagesClean evaporator and condenser coilsPressure wash condensers annuallyCheck fans and motor bearings for wearVerify all dampers and mechanics are working properlyCheck shafts for wearCheck gaskets around control panel doorsCheck terminal connectionsGeneral inspection for anything unusualCheck refrigerant levelsRefrigerant leak test on all roof-top units, as per Federal regulationsGlycol
