- Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting Tenderers to submit Proposals which meet the requirements specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document for the 2 Service Battalion HQ Administration Company Building Project located at Garrison Petawawa, Ontario.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFQ. The purpose of this RFQ process (identified as Step 1) is for DCC to identify qualified Tenderers who will subsequently be invited to submit a Tender (identified as Step 2) for the Work.
