Description:
The scope consists of modifications to walls/doors on the first floor for the purposes of space division and/or expansion to facilitate new workstation installation. This includes construction of a wall in room 115 to separate space from room 109. This infill wall would be floor to slab. Door in room 115B needs to be moved to south facing wall. Remove door and construct new wall in room 117C. Wall to fill in doors for room 115B and 117C to match existing. Space will require electrical disconnects and reconnect for new layout of furniture. Tenant will supply and install furniture. Create open space by demolishing walls in room 117C, 115C and 115D. Room 115D fit up to construct special purpose room, construct wall in half of room and move location of door. Requirements for 115D would be as per RCMP specifications use type 3. Vestibule room 117B, fit up to make special purpose room. Requirements for 117B if walls are floor to slab with mesh, only requirement would be install gaskets, drop seal, and kick plate. Refer to mark-up existing and proposed new floor plan as part of Appendix D for reference.Refer to further scope of work details per Appendix D-Requirements Document and Scope of Work.
