This Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is issued by Colliers Project Leaders to establish a Vendor of Record list (“VOR List”) for Engineering Services. Qualified Vendors who are currently on the VOR list established through RFP No. 870060-2-Engineer VOR, do NOT need to re-submit a Proposal for the Project Category for which they are currently prequalified for.Qualified Vendors who are on Colliers' VOR list established through RFP No. 870060-2-Engineer VOR, who wish to prequalify for an additional Project Category(ies) may submit a Proposal in response to RFP No. 870060-4-Engineer VOR. It is the Respondent-s responsibility to monitor Merx and download all pertinent information for this pre-qualification.ALL PROPOSALS TO THIS RFP MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY ONLINE VIA THE QUALIFICATION FORM - THROUGH MERXSubmission Deadline: December 18, 2025 before 2:00:00 p.m. ETONLY those RFP Documents that are RECEIVED BY RESPONDENTS THROUGH MERX SHALL BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION in this RFP.
