- This prequalification package encompasses the construction of the following elements listed below:EllisDon is seeking a Subtrade to construct concrete pads and bollards for 9 buildings at the Eastern Ontario Campus Project across the South and North Sites between Copeland Road & Jock Trail along Dwyer Hill.• Apron Slabs : Only earthworks scope required• Outdoor Storage Pads: Only earthworks scope required.• Transformer Pads: Only earthworks and structural scopes are required.• Bollards: Only earthworks and structural scopes are required.• South Turnstiles Concrete Pad: Final earthworks and structural scopes required.• CEP Fueling Concrete Pad: Final earthworks and structural scopes are required.Site Area: Approximately 215 acres bordered by Copeland to Franktown.All work will be within secure areas with exceedingly strict rules of engagement and operating procedures. Typical hours are between 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Bonding Capacity is set at $1,500,000.00.
