Description:
This Request for Prequalification-s (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Technical Research Consulting Services. The intent of this RFPQ is to prequalify the following two categories of Technical Research Consultants to conduct or participate in research related to the residential construction industry and provide functional guidance: Building Information Modeling (BIM) Architect Engineer
Building Science - Mass Timber Expert Architect Engineer
Interested Proponents are invited to submit a Response to this RFPQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determine whether they are eligible to be added to BC Housings Commission roster for Qualified Technical Research Consulting Services.
BC Housing intends to hold an Information Meeting for Proponents the week of January 20th, 2025, on Teams. Please confirm your attendance to Renee Tanche @ rtanche@bchousing.org by Wednesday, January 16th, 2025, and you will be emailed an invite for this meeting. The purpose of this meeting will be to provide Proponents with an overview of the DASH Project and Platform process and the Deliverables and to provide an informal opportunity for Proponents to ask questions.
