Description:
The City of Guelph (City) is seeking to pre-qualify Applicants to provide stormwater management facility (SWMF) sediment removal and rehabilitation at projects sites located in Guelph, Ontario. Prequalified Applicants will be invited to bid on subsequent bid opportunities through the City-s electronic bid platform. The City intends to procure services for 1-3 project sites per year over the next three years.The City intends to invite successful Applicants to respond to the first subsequent bid opportunity in Summer 2025 for work to be done September through November 2025. This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) will be valid commencing in July 2025 through to July 31, 2028. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Applicants that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought and will provide the appropriate focus and attention on this project as they execute the requirements.The eventual contract of subsequent bid opportunities will be an Underground Services, Road and Public Works Agreement including Supplemental General Conditions of Contract to Ontario Provincial Standards of Contract OPSS.MUNI 100 with the City of Guelph.
