Summary: The Board of Education of School District No. 35 (Langley) invites submissions from qualified roofing contractors for inclusion on a prequalified list for upcoming roofing projects through December 31, 2028. Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of satisfactory experience in the public K-12 sector and be members in good standing with the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC) and WorkSafe BC. Scope of Work: This Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) aims to establish a list of qualified roofing contractors who may be invited to quote or compete for future projects on an “as, if and when requested” basis. The list may be refreshed annually or as deemed necessary by the School District.
