ENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) to qualify safe, capable, qualified Contractors to act as the General Contractor for the construction of ENMAX-s new Integrated System Operations Center (ISOC) a new standalone building (anticipated two story- total approx. 35,000 sq ft). The planned facility features.• Dedicated information technology (“IT”) and operational technology (“OT”) equipment rooms.• Emergency response communications center.• Allocated space for future growth (space, power, technology, innovation).• Isolation capabilities for emergency and disaster events.• Advanced security capabilities for planned access and control. • Compliance with related governing standards and specifications for a post-disaster essential utility facility.• Main entrance and meeting area- shared space with access to the New ISOC; and • Training and Laboratory areas. This prequalification will result in a list of qualified Contractors that will be invited to participate in a limited competition Request for Quotation.
