Description:
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Construction Services (CCDC2 Stipulated Price or CCDC5B Construction Management) Contract for- Indigenous Children and Youth Supportive Housing , as further described in Appendix A - Scope of Work.
The proposed multi-family building consists of a 3-storey wood frame affordable housing building with ground floor amenity spaces. The building features 37 units with a Gross Building Area (GBA) of approximately 31,600 sq. Ft., located in Northern Region of BC., as per the attached plans (available upon submission of signed NDA).
The Respondents will be a construction firm with significant experience in all types of construction. The Respondents must possess sufficient resources and depth of experience to effectively undertake all delivery aspects of the Project, and to provide timely, comprehensive, and high-quality deliverables.
