Description : PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the Heritage Copper Roof Removal, Restoration and Reinstallation portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the pre-qualified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a Stipulated Price (or Unit Price based on SOW) Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager.This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder-s Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase. - Documents :
