Executive Recruitment ServicesCanada Post Corporation has a requirement for Contractor(s) to provide Executive Recruitment Services, on an as and when required, non-exclusive basis under two (2) ‘Streams- as identified in the Statement of Requirements - Attachment 1 to this Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this RFP is to establish Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) with up to two (2) Contractors per Stream, for a total of no more than four (4) SOAs.The anticipated term of any resulting SOA(s) is up to 6 years (initial term of 3 years with a renewal term of up to 3 years, to be exercised in increments at Canada Post's sole discretion). Canada Post intends to conduct negotiation(s) with the Proposer(s) selected through the evaluation process specified in the RFP.
