NPTC has transmission and distribution systems supplying essential services to its customers. Automation is used extensively throughout NTPC generation facilities with integration of renewables. OT (Operational Technology) Systems provides effective management of power generation facilities via SCADA with continuous real-time operational data, event alarming and remote control of power generation facilities. OT systems requires secure access to remote facilities with plant automation equipment so that personnel can access, operate, and maintain these facilities in an efficient manner. NTPC seeks qualified proponents with specialization expertise in Automation, OT Systems, and OT Cybersecurity to ensure the NWT owned and operated power generation facilities and grid operations have the highest availability, reliability, and affordable energy for its customers in the Northwest Territories.
