- The District of West Vancouver (‘The District-) invites proposals from experienced firms to complete the
Horseshoe Bay Pier design-build project as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
We require your proposal to include the Scope of Work required, an upset limit fee for the provision of

project.
