- The Liquor Distribution Branch requests proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to
provide General Contractor Services. Details of this requirement are in this Request for
Proposals document and its attachments.
Mandatory Site Visit: A one-time mandatory site inspection will be held on January 8, 2025 at
8:00 AM Pacific Time. The first part of the site inspection will take place at BCLS Fleetwood located
at 8904 152nd St Surrey, BC V3R 4E4. The second part of the site inspection will occur at BCCS
Willowbrook Unit 150 - 20202 66th Ave, Langley, BC V2Y 1P3, twenty (20) minutes after the
conclusion of the BCLS Fleetwood inspection to allow for travel time between sites. - Documents:
