Description:
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman (the “Municipality”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to develop, deploy, manage, support, and maintain an information technology network, cloud hosting, managed desktop, cloud-based data backup, disaster data recovery support, Microsoft and other software license, and risk-management-based information technology strategy. As part of the strategy deployment, the Proponent must migrate all Municipality data from the existing on-site server and desktop network to the proposed new cloud-based network. The proposed strategy must also be scalable to meet future needs. This Information Technology Services Upgrade Strategy (IT Strategy) must be developed, deployed, managed, supported, and maintained as per the requirements set forth in this RFP, with all hardware, software, and network changes and upgrades to be implemented by March 31, 2025, as further described in Section A - The Deliverables of Appendix B - RFP Particulars of this RFP.Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of the required services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and proposal response format as specified in this RFP document.By responding to this RFP, each Proponent thereby acknowledges that it has reviewed the process, terms, conditions, and reserved rights contained in this RFP, and has voluntarily chosen to participate in this RFP, subject to those procedures, terms, condition...
