- This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Site Representative Services as further described in Appendix E - Deliverables for various BC Housing locations in Dawson Creek, BC.
The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day-to-day operations of the premises, including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years property management experience.
The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to relate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive relations.
“Scattered Family Housing” is located in Dawson Creek BC (see Appendix H for addresses).
The properties consist of 50 units located at 9 duplex buildings, and 8 fourplex buildings. There are
8 two bedroom units and 42 three bedroom units.
