- Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (“TRCA”) is soliciting Proposals for establishing a Vendors of Record (“VOR”) for Mechanical Services as described in this RFP.
This RFP is issued for the purposes of pre-qualifying a list of vendors to be included on a VOR list for on-call and emergency mechanical maintenance and repair services not to exceed a value of $10,000 (plus taxes) per service request.
Any large-scale capital or project-specific mechanical work will be procured under separate competitive processes as required. No specific project or work will be awarded as a direct result of this RFP. Work assignments will be issued through a second-stage process at TRCA-s discretion. - Documents:
