Description:
FTB is looking to acquire a new Treasury Management System that will integrate debt and investment management, risk management, treasury services, trade settlement, accounting, audit and reporting capabilities into a centralized repository of treasury information. It is envisioned that the new TMS will enable FTB to realize processing efficiencies and reduce operational risk through: • End-to-end processing, eliminating the need to share information, track progress and capture authorizations/approvals outside of the TMS; • Process improvements, automated workflows that reduce or eliminate dependencies on spreadsheets for calculations, compliance and risk management activities; • Integrations, eliminating the need for manual entry and tracking of critical data points outside of the TMS; and • Reporting, risk management, and analytics capabilities that are flexible and robust. The solution must ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all data assets associated with the TMS as errors, omissions or delays could result in significant negative impacts to the Province.
