Description:
Saint John Energy is seeking a Contractor to provide traffic control and flagging services in support of utility operations performed by or on behalf of Saint John Energy. Services are to be delivered on an as-needed basis, including regular and emergency support, to ensure safe and compliant traffic management around active work zones.
The Contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary labour, equipment, materials, and certified personnel to execute temporary traffic control measures in accordance with provincial, municipal, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of site-specific Traffic Control Plans (TCPs), coordination with municipal and regulatory bodies, and maintaining detailed logs and reports to support operations and invoicing.
Key deliverables include traffic control planning, setup and maintenance of equipment, certified flagging personnel, real-time site adjustments, and emergency response. Work may occur throughout the City of Saint John and requires flexibility for both standard and after-hours service coverage.
