JOHN-S PORT AUTHORITYREQUEST FOR PROPOSALSSecurity Services ContractThe St. John-s Port Authority (SJPA) is seeking proposals from qualified, provincially licenced security firms to provide services for a three (3)-year contract period commencing December 4, 2025, with a possible extension of a further two (2), one-year terms, at the sole discretion of the SJPA.Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be obtained online through MERX, or by e-mail only through this address (lguy@sjpa-apsj.com). To be eligible for consideration, proposals must be received at the offices of the SJPA, 1 Water Street, no later than 12:00 hours (noon) local time, September 16, 2025. E-mailed proposals will not be considered. Proponents are advised that only those firms who have obtained the RFP documents through the noted e-mail address or from MERX will be eligible to submit a proposal.There will be no public opening and the contents of the RFP and all proposals received are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and will be retained by the SJPA.
