Description:
QVH Exterior Envelope and Laboratory HVAC Business Plan located at Queen Victoria Hospital (QVH) in Revelstoke, BC, will include developing a Business Plan (BP) for QVH that will address building envelope issues by replacing windows and reconstructing damaged exterior walls with insulated metal cladding to eliminate mold and improve aesthetics. The planning project will also review the feasibility of upgrading the Laboratory HVAC system in situ or in a relocated space to correct existing deficiencies and ensure compliance with Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP).
Upon completion, IH will submit the completed BP to the Ministry of Infrastructure for review and approval, enabling progression to design, and construction phases.
The Services are expected to commence by February 2026 with Schematic Design to complete by August 2026.
Contract- IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C.
