This RFP is issued by Canadian Mental Health Association York & South Simcoe (“CMHA YSS”).1.2 RFP Not TenderThis RFP is not a tender call. This RFP does not commit in any way CMHA YSS to select a Bidder to proceed to negotiations for an Agreement, or to award any Agreement. CMHA YSS reserves the complete right to, at any time, reject all Bidder submissions and to terminate this RFP process.
