INTRODUCTION
Envision Saint John: The Regional Growth Agency (Agency) is a game-changer - a singular economic growth entity with greater impact and alignment to propel growth for the Saint John region.

We work collaboratively with a range of local, national and international partners to create platforms for growth that will build on an ecosystem that attracts and sustains the investment our community desires.

Envision Saint John is designed to scale and will be one of the largest regional economic growth agencies in Atlantic Canada.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Envision Saint John is inviting qualified professional accountants to submit proposals for Auditing Services for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2021, December 31, 2022, December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2024 plus one-year renewal period at the option of the Agency.

Envision Saint John expects are requires that each audit will be completed prior to March 31 of the following fiscal year.

ACCOUNTING SET-UP
-Agency uses accrual#based accounting methods.
-Financial statements are prepared internally monthly and presented quarterly to the Board of Directors by management.
-Accounting system used by the Agency is Quickbooks Online.
