Project Description : RFP Objective(s)This RFP is being issued to identify Proponent (s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract(s) between a Proponent and the Health Authorities, throughtheir agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), for the supply of the following Subcategories (collectively, the "Products") as described in Appendix I [Specifications];·Prepared Plate Media·Prepared Tube/Broth/Slants·Dehydrated Media·Susceptibility Disks·Susceptibility MIC Test StripsFor the purpose of clarification the Subcategories have been grouped into two (2) categories as follows:Category A: Prepared Media:Subcategories:Prepared Plate MediaPrepared Tube/Broth/SlantsDehydrated MediaCategory B: Sensitivity:SubcategoriesSusceptibility DisksSusceptibility MIC Test StripsProponents may respond by submitting a Proposal in respect of any one (1) or multiple subcategories, as set out above and described further in Appendix I.
