This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is being issued to identify one or more Proponent(s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract(s) with the Health Authorities, through their agent the Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), for the supply of Automated Dispensing Cabinets, proprietary consumables, accessories, related software ("Products") and Post Warranty Services ("Services") as described in Appendix I [Specifications] to the Health Authorities listed in Appendix B [List of Participating Health Authority Facilities].
Proponents may choose to submit a Proposal for any category listed below or any combination thereof. Proponents have the discretion to quote on the supply of any of the Products and/or Services for one Health Authority or any combination of Health Authorities. This should be clearly outlined in the Proponents proposed Solution.
Any Contract (s) resulting from this RFP for the supply of the Products and/or Services will be at the sole discretion of PHSA. Master Contract(s) are expected to be entered into for a combination of:
