Description:
As part of the early planning phase for the Canadian Special Operations Training Centre (CSOTC) Infrastructure project, this Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to identify and engage a qualified Electrical Poly-Partner to join the project team under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a collaborative partnership with a contractor who brings proven experience in IPD methodology, a strong commitment to preconstruction collaboration, and the technical capability to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. This partner will work closely with the owner, design team, and other key stakeholders from the earliest stages of design through construction and commissioning.
