- The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following:Consulting services to complete condition assessments of selected bridge and large structures that the City is responsible for managing. The assessments are to be completed in accordance with the Ontario Structures Inspection Manual (OSIM), v. 2018. The City has progressed to a 4 (four) year Capital Budget cycle. A renewable, 2 (two) term cycle is being implemented to accommodate the capital budget cycle. Each term consists of 4 (four) years. To synchronize the Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and Maintenance Programs with this cycle and to maintain inspection and recommendation consistency. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought.
