- The Town requires contractors with demonstrated experience and capacity to deliver the project. Proponents must show at least five years experience installing CIPP lines and at least three successfully completed projects of comparable scope and size. The CIPP product must have a minimum ten-year history of successful municipal use. Key supervisor staff must have at least five years of direct experience overseeing CIPP installation. Proponents must also provide independent test results verifying the structural performance of the product. Reference must be included for comparable municipal projects, and the Town reserves the right to contact past clients to confirm performance.
